  • Very simple install 
  • WILL NOT interfere with active grille shutters. Our light bars are very slim and the metal bracket is designed to be in front of the shutters. 

 

👍Our light kits are for off-road use only.

Choose your light bars colors:

1) White LED -- 11,760 lumens, bright and powerful. It will definitely provide you with enough light needed for all of your adventures. However, these are only for off-roading and can’t be used on the regular road. They will blind the in-coming traffic and also violates road safety.

2) Amber LED -- 5,500 lumens, used in poor driving conditions such as dust, fog, snow and rain. It reflects through air particles much less than the white light. Therefore, making it ideal for poor driving conditions.

3) dual function: main White LED light with Amber DRL backglow -- the white LED light is same as described above, but the amber DRL “daytime running lights” acts purely for aesthetics. It doesn’t give out much light, but more of a beautiful amber backglow. Since it doesn’t give out much light, you can use this amber DRL feature on regular roads, it doesn't blind in-coming traffic.

WIRING

M&R Automotive doesn’t provide a wiring harness for this light bar kit. The light bar has 6ft of wire which is enough to reach AUX switches if your truck has them. Otherwise, you will need to purchase a generic wiring harness from Amazon/Ebay or create your own.

We now sell Wireless 8 Circuit Wiring Harness. This makes install much easier if you don't have AUX switches. No need to run any wires through the firewall, clean install.

Install on Pro4x 2023

My truck is the newer model with radiator shutters ( louvers). To install you need to remove upper plastic shroud, 3 screws. Then you need to remove hood latch, 3 bolts. Then you have to undo the shutter housing top 2 bolts. When that’s outa the way you can get at the 7 bottom clips to finish removing the grille. Other than that, follow install video on this site. Luke

Love the dual light bar with DRL !

Perfect fit behind the grill on my 2023 Nissan Frontier Pro-4X . Wired it up with the recommended harness from amazon, but added two AOB switches to the dash. The only tricky part was the blue wire for the DRLs .

'23 Frontier Dual Light Bars

The install was simple, the lights are great, and I'm glad I found M&R when searching for grill lights for my new Frontier. What I really want to review is the customer service and sales support. I called with a few questions as it relates to the wiring of the lights. I'm admittedly picky when it comes to accessory installations and not a fan of anything that doesn't look OEM when done. They were extremely helpful on the phone going through a couple of different links with me and after we hung up I got a couple of follow up texts with some additional thoughts and ideas from them. Pre-sales support is the best I've experienced and I would highly recommend M&R if you're in the market for off road lights. I found switches specifically made for the Nissan OEM dash blanks making for an extremely clean installation. 10/10 would recommend M&R.
