M&R Automotive values customer satisfaction and we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied. We want you to enjoy your off-roading light kit(s) and join the M&R community by making your vehicle one of a kind. With this in mind, we understand things happen, which is why we is dedicated into making your return/exchange simple.

Returns and Exchanges

We will accept a return/exchange within 60 days of purchase. Please email us the name on the order, order number if you have it, and reasoning for your return/exchange. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging, and must not have been used or altered in any way. We will inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a refund if the item is not in its original condition. You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping cost and this will not be refunded or included in your refund amount. 

If your claim is a damaged product due to our error, you are entitled to a full exchange or a refund. It is possible that pictures of the product received might be asked for proof of reasoning.

If the product is damaged due to your error during install, you must contact us first before shipping the product back to us. Exchanges and/or refunds will be on case-by-case scenario.

Please request a refund by contacting us We don't require an RMA, as long as your information is in the package which allows us to locate your information. Include all light kits parts in the return box, name on order and order number if you have it.

We highly suggest you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You are responsible for all shipping charges for the return. 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or an exchange within 3 business days to your original method of payment. Since M&R provides free domestic shipping, your refund will be processed minus the original shipping cost. 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, double check your original payment method as it can take 2-5 business days for processing.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
