Shipping policy
Thank you for purchasing your off-road light kit(s) from M&R Automotive. If you have a special request about your order, reach out, we try to accommodate as much as we can.
Processing Time
We promise we process all orders as quickly as we can, we are fully stocked unless we reach out to you.
--Our processing time for ground standard shipping is typically 3-5 business days from the time your order is placed. This allows us to process your order, package it securely, and ship it out. This includes Canada and international orders. We do ship on Saturdays.
--Our processing time for overnight, 2nd day air will be processed the same day as long as the order is received by 12pm (noon) Pacific Time.
If we are anticipating a delay with your shipment due to unavailability of the product, we will reach out to you via email.
Shipping Policy
We offer free ground standard shipping to all customers within the continental United States, with the exception of Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska.
You will receive your product(s) within 3-7 business days from day of shipment, not day of order.
--Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping to customers in Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska at this time. Customers in these locations will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $20 for ground standard shipping.
--Canada and international shipping rates will be calculated at checkout for fair pricing and are based on the weight of your order, as well as the shipping destination. Please note that the shipping duration may vary depending on the region and the customs clearance process.
--We also offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee. These options and pricing will be presented to you during the checkout process.
We use a variety of shipping carriers, UPS, USPS, DHL. We will choose the most efficient option based on your location and size of the product.
There is no signature required upon delivery.
Overnight Shipping
Orders received before 12pm (noon) Pacific Time can be shipped overnight if you have chosen that option. If we receive your order after 12pm and unable to process the same day, it will be shipped the following business day.
International Shipping
Yes, we do ship all around the world. Same process as above. The customer is responsible for all shipping and customs clearance.
Tracking
You will receive an email with tracking number once your order is shipped. You can track the status of your order by visiting the carrier's website and entering the tracking number.
Shipping Origin Location
We ship all orders from Los Angeles, California. If you're around the area and would rather pick up your light kit directly from us, reach out and we'll make it happen!
Lost Product
Please note that M&R Automotive is not responsible for any lost and/or stolen products if the shipping tracking states it was "delivered." UPS and USPS track the shipment via GPS and know exactly where it was dropped off. If you are aware of theft in your neighborhood, we suggest using PO Box or ask for a signature with your order. As stated before, we are not responsible for theft.
We understand that USPS and UPS can make errors on deliveries, please understand this out of our control. In addition to your claim, M&R Automotive also has to file a claim as the sender and this can take many weeks to complete. While awaiting claim results, we can't send you replacement without another payment. If you provided an incorrect address and the product was returned to us, we kindly ask that you pay for a reshipment cost.
