- WILL NOT interfere with active grille shutters. Our light bars are very slim and the metal bracket is designed to be in front of the shutters.

👍Our light kits are for off-road use only.
Choose your light bars colors:
1) White LED -- Up to 15,000 lumens, bright and powerful. It will definitely provide you with enough light needed for all of your adventures. However, these are only for off-roading and can’t be used on the regular road. They will blind the in-coming traffic and also violates road safety.
2) Amber LED -- Up to 7,000 lumens, used in poor driving conditions such as dust, fog, snow and rain. It reflects through air particles much less than the white light. Therefore, making it ideal for poor driving conditions. For off road use only.
3) dual function: main White LED light with Amber DRL backglow -- the white LED light is same as described above, but the amber DRL “daytime running lights” acts purely for aesthetics. Since it doesn’t give out much light, you can use this amber DRL feature on regular roads, it doesn't blind in-coming traffic.

- The light bars have 6ft of wire which is enough to reach AUX switches.

If you’re on the fence about these 2017–2020 Ford Raptor Gen 2 Dual 40s Light Bars, stop overthinking it—these are the real deal.
Fitment is spot-on for the Gen 2 Raptor. No hack jobs, no “close enough” brackets, no fighting the install for hours. Everything lines up the way it should, which tells me this was designed by someone who actually owns a Raptor instead of guessing off measurements.
Light output is ridiculous—in the best way. The dual 40-inch bars throw a wide, even beam with serious distance, turning night trails into daylight. No weird dark spots, no cheap scatter, just clean, usable light where you actually need it. If you drive off-road, rural roads, or do night recoveries, this setup is a massive upgrade.
Build quality feels solid and durable, not like the flimsy Amazon specials that fog up or die after one season. These look and perform like they belong on a truck that actually gets used.
Bottom line: excellent fit, insane brightness, and quality you can trust. If you want your Gen 2 Raptor to look right and perform when the sun goes down, this setup delivers

Great light bar! I got it more for the DRL’s and they are really nice
This dual light bar kit is amazing and finished off my AUX switches on my Raptor Gen 2. The visibility at night is remarkable and install wasn't too difficult. Although instructions and a video are provided, I give this review a 4 because they could have done a better job with walking you through the install process. More time should be spent on closeups of each step and showing the screws used on the bracket. I finished the job and realized I hadn't put the lock washers on the bars. Detailed instructions on which bolts/washers to use, and how to place things would have been really helpful. Take the time to do a really quality video which dumbs down and shows closeups of the steps and this would definitely be a 5!! Other than the instructions, overall quality product for the price. It just took longer to install and I hope I don't have to redo because the bolts loosen.
I appreciate your review. We are working on revisiting the Gen 2 raptor to make instruction videos that are much better with more detail.
