M&R provides a wiring harness to connect this fog light kit to AUX switches. If your Bronco doesn't have AUX switches, we recommend you purchase a generic wiring harness from an outside source.

Lights are really nice. A lit brighter then I anticipated.
Bought these instead of replacing my bumper. So far I am very pleased with them.
I wired my lights a little differently than recommended. The whites go straight into the Fog lamp circuit as well as the ground. I ran the Amber backlights into an aux switch. Mostly did this because the bumper did not have a good ground when I checked continuity. I did see that the circuit for each side is 20A (Driver and passenger are seperate circuits). Note that the high beams would also be on this circuit so you probably don't want to do this if you run in "bambi" mode. This is also how diode dynamics was saying you could hook up if anyone was looking at those as well.
I did verify that I was not overdrawing, and did not create parasitic loads. The voltage is at 14.7 90% of the time even with my amplifier and upgraded audio at full blast. The biggest draw is the A/C system which drops me to 13ish volts.
anyway, TLDR I am fairly pleased with the product. Would probably recommend them. I would also recommend that the page be updated to say a harness is included (although I did not use the included one).
Is the super spot beam right for use as fog lamps?
These DRLs are the perfect replacement for the OE fog lights on the capable bumper. Nice and bright and the amber DRLs look exactly like the OE amber driving lights. Install was simple and this has completely changed the face of my Bronco and my auxiliary switches are now live. Customer service was excellent and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Thank you Mike!
