Finally — a Fog Light Kit Built for the Ford F-150 Tremor (and a 40in Bar to Match)

The Ford F-150 Tremor is the one you buy when you want the off-road hardware from the factory — the wider track, the skid plates, the modular front bumper, the go-anywhere attitude — without stepping all the way up to a Raptor. Ford built it to leave the pavement. But look at the front of that truck after dark and you'll notice the one thing they left basic: the lighting.

That's exactly the gap these two new kits close — and both are engineered specifically for the 2024+ Tremor's modular bumper, not adapted from something universal. A fog light kit with a shroud molded to fit the Tremor's bumper, and a curved 40-inch bar that follows the factory lines. Here's the full rundown, plus how each one installs.

A quick word on the F-150 Tremor

The Tremor package turns the F-150 into a genuine factory off-roader: a one-inch front lift and retuned suspension, a wider stance, available 33-inch tires, an electronic locking rear diff, Trail Control, skid plates, and — the important part here — a unique modular front bumper designed to take accessories. It's a truck that's meant to be built on. The bumper's fog light pockets are the perfect place to start, and the curved lower opening is tailor-made for a bar.

The fog light kit — built for the Tremor's bumper

This is the piece Tremor owners have been asking for: a complete, bolt-on replacement for the factory fog lights that actually lights up the trail. It's sold as a pair, and the difference is in how purpose-built it is. Instead of a universal pod zip-tied into the opening, each side gets a 3D-printed shroud — printed in glass-reinforced ASA (ASA-GF), UV- and weather-proof, and shaped for the 2024+ Tremor's modular bumper so it sits like it came from the factory.

Each shroud runs two PRO pods for real coverage:

  • A 20-watt pod angled 15° outward in a fog beam — a wide spread that fills in the edges of the trail.
  • A 40-watt pod aimed straight ahead in a driving beam — distance and throw down the road.

Both are dual-color PRO pods (TIR lens, 304-aluminum housing, thermal management, 50,000-hour rating), so you choose a White + Amber DRL or Yellow + Amber DRL setup. The white or yellow main beam is for off-road use; the amber DRL is street-safe and can run anywhere.

How to install the Tremor fog light kit

No cutting, no drilling — it reuses your factory bolts and clips. Plan about an evening with basic hand tools.

  1. Park and prep. Level ground, engine off. For any wiring work, disconnect the negative battery terminal first.
  2. Remove the factory fog lights. Release the stock fog units from the modular bumper — they come out using the factory clips and hardware.
  3. Seat the M&R shrouds. Drop each 3D-printed shroud into the factory opening. Because it's molded for the Tremor bumper, it lines up with the same mounting points — reuse the factory bolts and clips.
  4. Connect the pods. Each shroud's 20w and 40w pods wire into your control source — factory AUX switches, or the M&R wireless harness (more on that below).
  5. Aim, tighten, and test. Confirm the beams sit level, snug everything down, reconnect the battery, and test both the main beam and the amber DRL.

The 40-inch light bar — distance down the trail

Where the fog kit fills the foreground, the bar reaches way out. The Tremor 40in Light Bar PRO is a curved bar that follows the bumper and grille curvature for a slim, built-in look — and the best part of the install: you don't have to remove the grille or bumper. It's a complete bolt-on using factory openings.

It runs a PRO Combo beam (spot + driving) for a blend of distance and width, with the same dual-color choice — White + Amber DRL or Yellow + Amber DRL — plus the TIR lens, 304-aluminum housing, and thermal management of the rest of the PRO line.

How to install the Tremor 40in light bar

One of the easiest bar installs we make — no grille or bumper removal.

  1. Bench-test first. Connect the bar briefly before mounting to confirm it lights and you like the color.
  2. Position it on the bumper. The curved bar nests into the lower bumper opening, following the factory line.
  3. Bolt to the factory points. Mount the powder-coated brackets using the Tremor's factory openings and hardware — no cutting, no drilling.
  4. Route the wiring. Run the lead back to your AUX switch or wireless harness. The bar has over 6ft of wire to reach the factory AUX wiring.
  5. Level, tighten, and test. Set the bar straight, tighten it down, and test the main beam and amber DRL.

Powering it all — the easy way

Between the fog kit and the bar, you've got several circuits to run. Two clean options: if your Tremor has factory AUX switches, the kits plug right in. If not — or if you want the simplest install — the Wireless 8-Switch Harness runs up to 8 accessories from one rechargeable, magnetic wireless remote in the cab, with no firewall pass-through and no splicing into factory wiring.

Run them together

Individually, each kit is a serious upgrade. Together, they finish the Tremor's front end the way the factory should have: the fog kit lays down a wide, near wall of light for dust, weather, and the edges of the trail, while the 40in bar throws the distance. Both bolt on, both keep the factory look, and both are built specifically for your bumper.

FAQ: F-150 Tremor Fog Lights & Light Bar

Will these fit my F-150?
They're built specifically for the 2024–2026 Ford F-150 Tremor with the modular bumper. They're engineered around that bumper, so they won't fit other F-150 trims.

Do I have to cut or drill anything?
No. Both kits are complete bolt-ons that reuse factory openings and hardware. The fog kit reuses your factory fog-light bolts and clips; the bar mounts without removing the grille or bumper.

When does the fog kit ship?
The Tremor fog light kit is available to order now and ships starting September 1. The 40-inch bar ships now.

What's in the fog kit?
A pair of 3D-printed shrouds (glass-reinforced ASA), each running a 20-watt fog pod and a 40-watt driving pod — four PRO pods total — with your choice of White + Amber DRL or Yellow + Amber DRL.

Are they street-legal?
The amber DRL accents are street-safe and can be run on the road. The high-output white and yellow main beams are for off-road use only.

How do I control everything?
Through factory AUX switches if equipped, or the M&R Wireless 8-Switch Harness — up to 8 circuits from a wireless in-cab remote, no firewall drilling.
