Two pods per side — fog spread and driving distance
Each shroud houses two PRO pods — four pods total across the kit — so you get both close, wide coverage and long-distance throw at the same time:
- 20w — angled 15 degrees outward for a fog beam pattern for a wider spread
- 40w — angled straight ahead in a driving beam pattern for distance and throw
***Choosing fog beam pattern for the 20w and driving beam pattern for the 40w is our preference for lenses. If you would like a custom beam pattern, please reach out via email.
BUILD QUALITY:
- Uses a TIR (Total Internal Reflection) lens, which is different from conventional optics that lose light internally and produce glare. The TIR lens collects all of the light from the LED and directs it exactly where you need it, drastically reducing glare and improving total efficiency.
- Higher light efficiency: brighter, longer irradiation distance
- Housing is upgraded to 304 aluminum. The surface is UV polyester powder coated to protect against UV, salt water, corrosion, fading, and scratches.
- Equipped with a thermal management system that automatically adjusts brightness output according to external temperature
- Rated for a 50,000 hour lifespan
3D-PRINTED SHROUD:
The shroud is printed in ASA-GF — glass-fiber reinforced ASA, an engineering-grade automotive polymer from the same family used for factory exterior trim and mirror caps. It is not PLA or PETG, the common desktop filaments that warp, fade, and go brittle in the sun.

- Heat stable — holds its shape through summer heat and sun load where standard 3D-printed parts soften and sag
