Whether you're chasing trails in the desert, overlanding, or just want your Raptor to stand out, M&R Automotive makes vehicle-specific, no-drill lighting that bolts straight on using factory openings and hardware.
This guide covers every lighting option for the Ranger Raptor — light bars (single, dual, PRO, and SLIM), ditch lights, and reverse lights — how to choose between them, how they wire up, and how they install.

What lighting fits the Ranger Raptor?
All no-drill, all bolt-on:
- Bumper light bars — a curved LED bar (or a dual setup) across the front for maximum throw. Available as a 40" PRO, or as SLIM single 30"/40" and dual-bar builds.
- Ditch lights — hood-mount pods that throw light to the sides for trails and corners. Standard and PRO versions.
- Reverse lights — a bright white flood pair for backing up, hooking trailers, and camp setup.
Choosing your Ranger Raptor light bar: PRO vs SLIM
The bumper bar is the centerpiece. M&R offers two builds:
- PRO — the brightest, longest-throwing bar: dual-color (choose a White or Yellow main beam, always with a street-safe Amber DRL), TIR optics, 304-aluminum housing, and active thermal management. For the Ranger Raptor it comes as the 40" PRO. Ranger Raptor 40" Light Bar PRO.
- SLIM — lower-profile, lower-price, with a wide Spot + Flood pattern. Choose White, Amber, or dual-function White + Amber DRL. Available as a Single 30" bar, a Single 40" bar, or a Dual-bar setup.

Ranger Raptor ditch lights
Ditch lights mount at the base of the hood and throw light out to the sides — exactly where your headlights and bar don't reach. Perfect for tight trails and switchbacks.
- Standard ditch lights run a focused Spot pattern. Ranger Raptor Ditch Lights (full kit).
- PRO ditch lights are brighter, dual-color (white main + amber DRL), with a wider Driving pattern. Ranger Raptor Ditch Lights PRO.
Ranger Raptor reverse lights
A dedicated reverse kit makes backing up to a trailer or into a campsite at night effortless. White LED flood pair, with your choice of an amber or red backlight that can be wired as a turn or brake accent. Ranger Raptor Reverse Light Kit.
Wiring it all up — the easy way
Two paths:
- Factory AUX switches — run the lights off your Raptor's upfitter switches if equipped.
- M&R Wireless 8-Switch Harness — the simplest route: power up to 8 accessories from one rechargeable, magnetic wireless remote in the cab, with no wire through the firewall and no splicing factory wiring. Wireless 8-Switch Harness 2.0.
Installation
Every Ranger Raptor kit is a complete bolt-on using factory openings and hardware — no cutting, no drilling. Here's the hero install on the 40" PRO bar:
All Ranger Raptor videos:
- 40" Light Bar PRO install
- Dual Light Bars install
- Ditch Lights hood-mount install
- Reverse Light Kit install
- LED light bar & ditch lights — light output
Is it street-legal?
The amber DRL accent is street-safe — it won't blind oncoming traffic, so you can run it on the road. The high-output white and yellow main beams are for off-road use only. Use them on the trail and private property, and switch to factory lighting on public roads.

FAQ
Will any of this require cutting or drilling? No — every kit bolts on using factory openings and hardware.
What's the difference between PRO and SLIM bars? The PRO is the brighter, longer-throwing build (TIR lens, Luminus SST-20 LEDs, Spot + Driving, active thermal management) — best for distance and high speed; offered as the 40" PRO for the Ranger Raptor. The SLIM is a lower-profile, lower-cost reflector bar with a wider Spot + Flood pattern, offered as single 30"/40" and dual setups. See the table above.
Single vs dual light bars? A single bar is the clean, budget-friendly choice; the dual setup doubles your output and lets you mix beam colors (e.g., one white, one amber) for flexibility in different conditions.
Standard vs PRO ditch lights? Standard pods run a focused Spot beam; PRO pods are brighter, dual-color, and use a wider Driving pattern.
How do I power it without touching factory wiring? The Wireless 8-Switch Harness runs up to 8 lights from an in-cab wireless remote — no firewall pass-through, no splicing.
