- The mounting bracket is on a rail system (see photo). This allows you to move the light bar up or down of about 6in. You choose where you want the light bar to shine through the grille
- No cutting or drilling required. The kit is a complete bolt on using factory openings and hardware
- WILL NOT interfere with active grille shutters. Our light bars are very slim and the metal bracket is designed to be in front of the shutters.
- Metal bracket is powder coated black
👌M&R promises fitment of the light bars with the grille as pictured. If you have a different type of grille, please reach out with pictures for confirmation.
👍Our light kits are for off-road use only.
Choose your light bar color:
1) White LED -- Up to 15,000 lumens, bright and powerful. It will definitely provide you with enough light needed for all of your adventures. However, these are only for off-roading and can’t be used on the regular road. They will blind the in-coming traffic and also violates road safety.
2) Amber LED -- Up to 7,000 lumens, used in poor driving conditions such as dust, fog, snow and rain. It reflects through air particles much less than the white light. Therefore, making it ideal for poor driving conditions. For off road use only.
3) dual function: main White LED light with Amber DRL backglow -- the white LED light is same as described above, but the amber DRL “daytime running lights” acts purely for aesthetics. Since it doesn’t give out much light, you can use this amber DRL feature on regular roads, it doesn't blind in-coming traffic.

WIRING
- M&R Automotive doesn’t provide a wiring harness.
- The light bar has 6ft of wire which is enough to reach AUX switches if your truck has them. Otherwise, you will need to purchase a generic wiring harness from Amazon/Ebay or create your own.
- We sell a wireless wiring harness that delivers a clean, hassle-free install—no need to run wires into the cab.

Hi - I finally got my light bar installed on my 2020 GMC Sierra and it looks fantastic. I am driving in areas with high density of moose and deer crossing the highway and I am hoping I will be able to see those animals more clearly.
I would give it 5 stars, but I can't, because for the GMC Sierra 1500 AT4X AEV, it's very difficult to find the correct location for the light bar. The mounting brackets are very imperfect, and I had to remove and reinstall the grille more than 10 times to find the exact installation location. This is important for the GMC Sierra 1500 AT4X AEV.
Very easy install. The Youtube video for installation made this a breeze.
Install was straight forward. I wish you could remove just the grill on these newer trucks. I had to notch the air deflector on sides of radiator for light bar to be mounted. I wasn’t sure if I they could’ve been removed. I’m very pleased with it. It’s bright.
Really nice kit, good quality, great installation instructions. Just a bit of a pain removing the front bumper shroud - broke several tabs - be careful! I am very pleased and would buy again from mandronline!
