- Each LED light pod is attached to a metal bracket on each side
- Metal bracket is powder coated black
- This is in addition to the factory reverse light. The factory reverse light doesn't provide enough light output at night — the M&R reverse light's powerful white LED makes a huge difference.
- No cutting or drilling required. The kit is a complete bolt-on
BUILD QUALITY:
- Uses a TIR (Total Internal Reflection) lens, which is different from conventional optics that lose light internally and produce glare. The TIR lens collects all of the light from the LED and directs it exactly where you need it, drastically reducing glare and improving total efficiency.
- Higher light efficiency: brighter, longer irradiation distance
- Housing is upgraded to 304 aluminum. The surface is UV polyester powder coated to protect against UV, salt water, corrosion, fading, and scratches.
- Equipped with a thermal management system that automatically adjusts brightness output according to external temperature
- Rated for a 50,000 hour lifespan
