Returns and Refunds
At M&R Automotive, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your off-road light kit and enjoy everything the M&R community has to offer. We understand that sometimes things don't work out, which is why we've made our return and exchange process as straightforward as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 60 days of purchase. To be eligible, the product must be in its original condition and packaging and must not have been installed, used, or altered in any way. All returned items are subject to inspection and M&R Automotive reserves the right to deny a refund if the item does not meet these conditions.
To initiate a return or exchange, emails us at lights@mandronline.com with the following
- Name on the order
- Order number (if available)
- Reason for the return or exchange
No RMA is required. Simply include your name and order number inside the return

Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Return shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund amount. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as M&R Automotive cannot be held responsible for returned packages that are lost or not received.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3 business days to your original payment method. Please note the following:
- Returns from Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico will not receive a refund of the original $20 shipping fee
- Returns from Canada and international orders will not receive a refund of the original shipping cost
Refund Processing Times
After your refund is issued, please allow 2-5 business days for it to appear on your original payment method. If you have not received your refund after this period:
- Double check your original payment method
- Contact your credit card company posting can take additional processing time
- Contact your bank there is often a processing period before refunds are posted
- If you have completed all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us directly at lights@mandronline.com
Incorrect Orders
If you ordered the wrong kit for your vehicle, we're happy to help make it right. Simply reach out to us at within 60 days of purchase and we'll work with you on an exchange. The product must be in its original condition and packaging and must not have been installed, used, or altered in any way. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any price difference between the original and exchanged product.
If the error was made on our end wrong item shipped, incorrect kit, or a fitment error M&R Automotive takes full responsibility. We will cover all return shipping costs, send the correct replacement at no additional charge, and ensure the situation is resolved quickly and hassle-free. The customer will not be responsible for any charges related to our fulfillment error.
