Shipping Policy1
Thank you for choosing M&R Automotive for your off-road LED light kits. If you have a special request regarding your order, don't hesitate to reach out — we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Processing Time
- We mainintain full stock and able to process orders within 3-5 business days. If we anticipate any delay due to product availability, we will notify you promptly via email.
- Our processing time for overnight and 2nd day air will be shipped the same day as long as the order is received by 12pm (noon) Pacific Time(. Orders received after 12:00pm PT will be processed and shipped the following business days.
If we are anticipating a delay with your shipment due to unavailability of the product, we will reach out to you via email.
Shipping Policy
- Continental United States — Free ground standard shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery is 3-7 business days from the date of shipment.
- Puerto Rico, Hawaii & Alaska — A flat rate shipping fee of $20 applies for ground standard shipping.
- Canada & International — Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Delivery times may vary depending on region and customs clearance. ***Please note that all customs fees, duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping rate at checkout.
- Expedited Shipping — Overnight and 2nd Day Air options are available at an additional cost and will be presented during checkout.
- There is no signature required upon delivery.
We use a variety of shipping carriers, UPS, USPS, DHL. We will choose the most efficient option based on your location and size of the product. If you require a specific carrier, please note of that in checkout.
All orders ship from Los Angeles, California. If you're local and prefer to pick up your order directly, reach out and we'll make it happen.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier's website using that number.
Lost Product
M&R Automotive is not responsible for lost or stolen packages when the carrier's tracking confirms delivery. UPS and USPS use GPS tracking to confirm exact delivery locations. If you are aware of theft in your area, we recommend using a PO Box or requesting a signature upon delivery when placing your order.
In the event of a carrier delivery error, please understand this is outside of our control. M&R Automotive will file a claim on your behalf as the sender, however this process can take several weeks to complete. Replacement orders cannot be sent while a claim is pending without an additional payment.
If an incorrect address was provided at checkout and the package is returned to us, a reshipment fee will apply.
Damaged in Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Your claim must include clear photo or video evidence of the damaged item and packaging. Claims submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery may not be eligible for a replacement or refund. Once we review your claim, we will work quickly to make it right at no additional cost to you.
Missing Parts or Components
If your order arrives with missing parts, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Your claim must include a photo of the contents. We will review your claim promptly and ship any missing components as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
