M&R strives on providing excellent customer service.

Really, contact us for anything...need help installing it? Having a question about wiring? Can't figure something out? Maybe you're in Los Angeles area and want to stop by with your truck?

 Returns and Exchanges

We will accept a return within 30 days of purchase. If you are requesting a refund or an exchange out of 30 days, it will be assessed as a case by case scenario. It is possible that pictures of the product received might be asked for proof of reasoning.  To be eligible for a full return, your item must be unused. If your claim is a damaged product due to our error, you are entitled to an exchange or a refund.

We will gladly replace your product if it is defective or damaged. Contact us, send us a picture so we are aware of any quality batch issues.

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or an exchange. Returned to original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
